Dr. Rahul is Ph.D. and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Cost Accountant. He has more than 25 years of extensive experience in Financial Advisory Services. Prior to founding Marathon Capital, he had a Long and illustrious career as a core member of Anand Rathi Group with transaction experience across Retail, Consumer, Infrastructure, Textiles, Chemicals, Industrials, Pharma and Energy sectors. He was Head of Manufacturing and Industrials Sector at Anand Rathi and also headed Equity Capital Market prior to that. He has been credited with number of successful IPOs, QIPs, PE deals, M&A, Open Offer and debt syndications.
Amit is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has more than 20 years of experience across diverse industries with over 15 years of experience in Investment Banking and Financial Services. Has a keen understanding of the Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Initial Public Offerings, Qualified Institutional Placements, Preferential Issues, Rights Issue, Buyback, Takeovers, Corporate Finance and Auditing with experience across various sectors including Construction, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Wellness Industry, Retail sector, Infrastructure etc.
Bhavin holds a Masters in Management Studies degree with specialisation in Finance. He has over 19 years of experience in the investment banking industry with primary focus on Capital Markets transactions. Assisted number of listed and unlisted entities working across number of complex and marquee capital market transactions. Worked across an array of Industries across multiple capital market products including IPOs, QIPs, Open Offer, Buyback, InvITs and Singapore Business Trust.
